Neha Panwar has become a familiar name in the decorative cake business today. However, she did not start the business overnight. After completing her baking and confectionery  from Pusa Institute of Delhi and MBA from Prestige University in Delhi, she became a Home Baker in 2013 and started taking orders from small parties around the city. She incorporated ChocoBee in 2018 and established the first outlet at Orbit Mall Plaza Shopping Mall.

By discovering the recent trends of cakes, the need for cakes in different kinds of events around Delhi NCR, Neha started the business for a wide spectrum. As a result, she started getting orders beyond her family members and friends. Within a short time, ChocoBee started catering to different corporate events around the city. This helped greatly in achieving more and more clients; as a result, the smooth run of the organization continued further.
